Plain language, not a wall of legal text. Here's what we collect and why.

Forms on this site. The contact and account-audit forms collect whatever you type into them — typically your name, email, business name or website, and phone if you provide it.
Booking a call. When you book a strategy call, your name, email, and phone number are collected through our third-party booking and scheduling platform to set up and confirm the call.
Basic hosting logs. Standard technical logs (page requests, browser type, approximate location from IP address) are collected automatically by Cloudflare, our hosting provider, the way almost every website works. As paid ad campaigns go live, we may add analytics or ad-platform tracking (like Google Analytics or a Meta Pixel) to measure what's working — this page will be updated first if that happens.
The booking widget on this site sets its own cookies to manage your scheduling session. We don't run additional tracking cookies of our own at this time, though that may change as described above.
We don't sell your information, ever. It's shared only with the specific tools needed to run this business — our booking platform, to manage the call you booked, and our hosting provider, to serve the site. If you become a client, information needed to run your ad account may be shared with Google or Meta as part of managing your campaigns, and nowhere beyond that.
Contact and audit-request form submissions are kept only as long as reasonably useful for following up, and deleted on request. If you become a client, records related to the engagement are kept for the length of the relationship plus a reasonable period after for bookkeeping, then deleted or anonymized.
You can ask what we have on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email prestonfurtado2009@gmail.com and expect a response within 30 days. This applies under Canada's PIPEDA and, where relevant, GDPR or CPRA for visitors those laws cover.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, the "last updated" date above will change, and active clients will hear about it directly.
